  2. Web interface by AMUG CD, Inc.

  4. What is it?
  5. The BBS in a Box Web interface allows a user to search the 13,000
  6. files and descriptions provided on BBS in a Box offline using Netscape.
  7.  
  8. How to get started
  9. To visit the Web Format of BBS in a Box, simply drag and drop the
  10. Index.html on Netscape or your favorite Web browser. This will launch
  11. our Web interface to BBS in a Box. You will need to be connected to
  12. the internet for this connection to work.
  13.  
  14. The html is interactive so pressing on "Enter the BBS in a Box Archive"
  15. will take you to the files area. From there you can see all 27 file
  16. areas and search the html for descriptions of files you are looking
  17. for. Pressing command F will allow you to find key words in the text.

  19. You can always scroll to the bottom to go back to the main files area or
  20. use the arrows in Netscape to go back to a previous page.
  21.  
  22. I want to submit a file as an author.
  23. Pushing on the Author submissions area will give you details of how
  24. to submit files for consideration on the BBS in a Box collection.
  25.  
  26. You need an internet connection when you run this interface:
  27. 1. You can actually download files from the AMUG ftp site.
  28. 2. You can order AMUG products on-line from the AMUG Store.
  29. 3. You can send us email.
  30. 4. You can submit files. (send to bean@amug.org as an attachment)
